    Hi there,

Great to see our site make your travel podcasts section; thanks. We’ve been working hard on it over the last six months, so it’s better than ever. Since we’re a podcast, here’s a direct iTunes link for the Indie Travel Podcast.

There’s a few links on here I haven’t tried before…gotta check ‘em out.

Yeah, ditto. It’s great to see the TravelPod forums made the cut too! Everybody in the TravelPod community has been working hard at answering all kinds of tough travel questions and debating important travel-related issues. We’re also having ….wait for it…. *gasp*… fun too. Come see what’s cookin’ in the TravelPod travel forums

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the mention. If you are on Facebook, you might want to consider joining a couple of the travel 2.0 groups (or mentioning them). The ones I recommend are:

Travel 2.0 - Travel & Tourism Technology and the Internet
    http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=2718636302

    T-List - Travel Blogger Community

Thanks for all the kind comments.

I’ve made a note of those suggestions and when I come across a few more sites, I’ll do some sort of bulk update to incorporate them all.

Stephen - alas I’m not on Facebook, however I am very intrigued now as to what goes on in these groups and what I’m missing out on.

Thank you so much for the mention of Geeky Traveller, and also thank you for such a great list of feeds. I’ll be checking them out!

Great list but not quite complete without my Europe a la Carte blog

A multi author blog about authentic travel in Europe on a modest budget.
